Nice clean comfortable hotel a bit out of town where all the tourist hotels are located. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. King bed was very comfortable and nice big shower albeit slow water pressure. The mini fridge had no ice compartment snd was very small but better than nothing .

I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.

This might just be the best value hotel in Alice Springs (if not the whole of Australia). Loved the late checkout, friendly staff and resort vibe. Dinner at the Juicy Rump was excellent too. Can’t recommend this resort highly enough.

Such a hit & miss property that is nowhere near Crowne Plaza standard. IHG should be embarrassed. Room OK in block 5. Comfy beds pillows & good quality linen. Breakfast in Tali acceptable but nothing special. Dinner in Tali food was of high quality service awful & bread basket $15 for 2 pieces of awful focaccia 2 pieces of Helgas bread with some oil dripped on it & 2 packet rolls. As I was dining alone I asked for half serve one of each but refused. No reason this could not have been done. Tables & chairs should be at the tip. Shabby scuffed marked. Balcony furniture awful. Such easy fixes. Carpet in hallway of level 3 not cleaned in the 4 days I was there.

Ich habe im Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters übernachtet – die Lage ist gut, das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer deutlich muffig und machte keinen frischen Eindruck. Der größte Kritikpunkt: Ich habe meinen Rasierer (Twinshaver für den Kopf, sehr auffällige Größe und leuchtend gelb) zweifelsfrei in der Dusche vergessen. Noch am nächsten Tag meldete ich mich per E-Mail – mit dem Ergebnis: „Nicht gefunden.“ Angesichts des auffälligen Gegenstands und meiner klaren Erinnerung ist das nicht glaubhaft. Hier fehlt es offensichtlich an Ehrlichkeit oder interner Kontrolle beim Umgang mit Fundsachen. Schade – für ein Hotel dieser Klasse habe ich mehr Professionalität und Integrität erwartet.
